This policy describes how Metheus Bio handles personal data under the EU GDPR and, where applicable, US state privacy laws (e.g. CCPA/CPRA).

No tracking

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and loads no advertising or analytics trackers. Fonts are self-hosted, so no data is sent to third-party font providers. Our contact and careers forms load a spam-protection challenge (hCaptcha, provided through our form processor Web3Forms), which may process your IP address and browser signals to tell humans from bots. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in securing the form, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

What we collect

Only what you send us. If you use our contact or careers form, we process the details you provide to respond to you or consider your application. Submissions are handled by our form processor, Web3Forms, which forwards them to us by email; Web3Forms is US-based, so this involves a transfer of data outside the EU. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.

Retention

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and to meet legal record-keeping duties.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR); the right to complain to a supervisory authority; and, for US residents, applicable rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out. Contact privacy@metheusbio.com.

Server logs
